Jason Gillespie, the front-runner to be the next England coach, may have second thoughts about applying for the job in the wake of the decisions announced on Tuesday, Andrew Strauss.

Gillespie and refused to speak to the media on Wednesday after winning the Yorkshire against Hampshire but it is known that it wants full control over some calls that have already been issued by the office of Strauss cricket manager.
The ability to choose the strongest team, which includes Kevin Pietersen, and is believed to choose more of the captaincy for one day in particular that has to be issues as he weighs up whether to apply for the vacancy.
Strauss will personally take charge of the recruitment process, is scheduled to start approaching candidates.

"I think this is something that has to be debated and need clear roles to clarify and where the responsibilities of Andrew Strauss and those of the coach begins and ends," said Martin Moxon, director of Yorkshire cricket, when asked if he Gillespie would accept decisions imposed on him as a coach.
Moxon confirmed that there has been no approach to Gillespie. "I do not want to go down this road because it is pure speculation, but if it came a formal request to deal with it. There was not any offer yet and he can not make a decision until there is one. It is a very talented coach with a great relationship with the players and as far as International Cricket concern is the case of when rather than if [he gets a job]. "

It is known that at least two of the European Central Bank Council members to be "angry" over the handling of Petersen's decision, according to sources. Strauss invitation had not been taken to the European Central Bank full board, which meets on Friday in the wake of the annual meeting for two days in which Colin Graves officially and take the president.
