West Indies and Windward Islands wicketkeeper-batsman Andre Fletcher has allegedly been captured at the Douglas Charles airplane terminal in Dominica on ownership of ammo, Dominica News Online (DNO) wrote about Thursday.
As per the news report Fletcher, 27, had been in Dominica rehearsing with the Windward Islands group and was leaving the nation when he was captured. DNO reported he would show up in court on Friday.
Lockhart Sebastian, the Windward Islands administrator, said he was mindful of the capture, as indicated by the report. "I will bolster him, I won't desert him … that is the occupation of a chief," he was cited as saying by DNO.
Fletcher, a national of Grenada, has played 15 ODIs and 22 Twenty20 internationals for West Indies; his latest appearance being in a T20 diversion against South Africa in Durban in January this year. He has played 60 top notch coordinates and was a general in the Windwards Islands side amid the 2014-15 seaso
