BCCI secretary Anurag Thakur has said that the Indian board is willing to extend a wide range of assistance to Afghanistan, who need to utilize an Indian venue to play their matches.
"Afghanistan Cricket Board has asked for BCCI that they need to come and play here, utilize the framework furthermore to have one venue as the Afghan venue," Thakur told PTI. "Their board has asked for to make one inside in India which can be committed to Afghanistan cricket.
"BCCI will be more than glad to suit the Afghan cricket group for any sort of assistance for the advancement of the amusement."
Inquired as to whether any sort of budgetary help will be given to the Afghanistan group by the BCCI, Thakur said: "How about we see, give them a chance to compose to BCCI. Any information, any sort of help which Afghanistan board obliges, we are more than upbeat to help them."
Afghanistan have utilized Sharjah as the venue for some of their two-sided arrangement before.
