Collingwood not thinking about England coaching

Paul Collingwood, a veteran and former England allrounder who has already announced his ambition to train at the highest level when they retire, says that only "ridiculous" that would interest in the vacant England present.

Yorkshire first-team coach Jason Gillespie and fellow Australian Justin Langer is currently head coach next bet for England and Andrew Strauss, the new director of England cricket, he said in his first news conference that Gillespie was a candidate.

England were to go in another direction, although shy away from the Australian in charge of the Ashes campaign mode, then Durham Collingwood commander will be the front-runner, and especially that it had already worked with England during a brief stint as assistant limited coach sums former Ashley Giles.

He and Collingwood will be 39 in two weeks, but asked if he will put his name forward after the sacking of Peter Morris said his thoughts to continue his career, and perhaps even in the next season.

"I still play cricket for Durham," he said. "I have a contract until the end of the season and I'm looking forward to achieve this.

"At the moment, only a kind of ridiculous offer comes in, something I can not refuse, and I am more than happy to play cricket for Durham, and perhaps even the end of the season after that."

Collingwood, who also coached with the United Arab Emirates announced it was Scotland assistant coach at the World Cup this year, he will retire at the end of last season only to change his mind.

"I talked about last year being my last one, but if I keep taking wickets and scoring runs and keep enjoying it, and bring some good young people through here in Durham, it would be a hard thing to give up."

Captain when England only won the trophy of the International Criminal Court in the history of the world Twenty20 2010, Collingwood was impressed with his energy and man management skills to lead the Durham County Championship in 2013, and through the trauma that their director of cricket season, Jeff Cook, was recovering from a heart attack .
