Excellent career ODI Kumar Sangakkara approaching the final conclusion. It has already played his last ODI in Sri Lanka. It is hoped very much that it will continue to be a blessing in test cricket after a period of time, but after the current tour of New Zealand and a small issue of the World Cup, his ODI will be more adventurous.
It was quite a ride some extent. Sangakkara also grown in his game, his performance reached stratospheric levels. Statistics are stunning. In 2014, he scored 2868 runs across three international cricket formats, beating Ricky Ponting record for runs scored in a calendar year. More than 1,000 runs scored in ODIs in a calendar year for the past four consecutive years, and have done it six times in total. 13580 runs have been accumulated ODI, which puts it in third place in the list all the time. Has 20 ODI hundreds and 93 fifties amazing ODI. Has 472 Chapter ODI named to .376 as wicketkeeper, including 96 stumpings. He has won, among other things, the International Criminal Court ODI Cricketer of the Year award in 2011 and 2013, and the Man of the Match in the World T20 final in 2014.
