Zimbabwe recall Nyumbu for first two NZ ODIs
Zimbabwe have rolled out four improvements to their 15-man squad for the initial two ODIs against New Zealand in Harare, including a review for 30-year-old offspinner John Nyumbu. Batsman Craig Ervine and quick bowler Chris Mpofu, who were both let alone for the squad for the home ODIs against India, were picked for the New Zealand arrangement, as was allrounder Luke Jongwe, who has not played for Zimbabwe since making his global presentation a year ago.

OUT
Richmond Mutumbami, Donald Tiripano, Malcolm Waller, Brian Vitori
Wicketkeeper Richmond Mutumbami, center request batsman Malcolm Waller, and the seamers Donald Tiripano and Brian Vitori were all dropped after a poor ODI arrangement against India, which Zimbabwe lost 3-0.
Nyumbu made his universal introduction amid the main Test against South Africa in Harare last August, and turned out to be just the second Zimbabwe bowler to take a five-for on Test presentation. He played his first ODI soon thereafter, likewise against South Africa, yet his sketchy structure - 11 wickets from 10 matches at 37.63 - prompted him being cut from the side after the fifth ODI against Bangladesh, an arrangement where Zimbabwe were whitewashed 5-0. Nyumbu, however, kept on creating strong numbers in household cricket, getting 12 wickets for Matabeleland Tuskers and helping the group to the last of the Pro50 Championship.
Ervine makes an arrival to the ODI group regardless of an unremarkable keep running with the bat; he scored only nine keeps running from the two T20Is against India, and his last global fifty was back in the World Cup, against West Indies in Canberra. Mpofu's spot in the group, however, was probably earned after his amazing execution in the first T20I against India, where he gathered 3 for 33 through cutters and slower conveyances; Mpofu would later term his spell with the group "the best time of my profession".
Zimbabwe are planned to play three ODIs against New Zealand between August 2 and August 7, trailed by a T20I on August 9, all in Harare.
